Good location to what we needed.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. We got a one bed plus a pull out sofa. There was no door to separate the bedroom to living area. The third adult slept on the pull out and everyone had to walk through the living area when they needed the loo. So not ideal. The TV you need a sky pin number and we weren't given that. The step in the bathroom is a hazard and should be highlighted in some way. Only 1 window had curtains. The other windows had broken blinds.

Location is great. Perfect for a trip to HP world. Quick and responsive landlord.

It is bit a 2 bed property. Do not book if more than 2 people. The driveway is shared so makes it awkward to park your car (this could be easily resolved by having some guest parking vouchers available for the permit parking). The worst thing was the flat had not been cleaned. Sheets were dirty and hairy. We would not cook or eat here.

Location to Watford junction is great

It’s difficult to find. Parking is strange and we had a note left on our car that we hadn’t parked far enough back for someone else to fit in. At no time did the owner tell us 2 cars were to fit in essentially a garage! Needs a very good clean, very dusty. Not much in way of cooking utensils. Literally a couple of saucepans. Main issue is this was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment. It is one bedroom with a double. There is a sofa bed in the living room but that’s it. The advert needs updating to one bedroom and more explanation around parking situation.

The apartment was not easy to find where it was, it was very hidden and not explained easy, the parking isn't easy either especially for a 4x4. It was also labelled as a 2 bedroom apartment and sofa bed in the lounge, but there was no second bedroom. They do not clean it regularly as there was hair and dust hanging from the bedside lamps The bathroom was just the same around the sink especially. There weren't enough towels for a family of three to have a shower. The kitchen had a few pans but no frying pans or tray for the grill in the oven

The bed was comfortable

The sheets were not changed. There was dust everywhere. It just didn’t look properly cleaned.

Clean, very comfortable bed, great value for money.

No iron/ironing board although not requested and not exactly something you would always expect.

It was next to where we needed to be

Very unclean, dust , dirty floors , bedding made me itchy. The pullout bed the mattress needed a topper. Very diy in side , lots of bodge jobs , feels like it was rushed to get ready to let out. Shower not clean.

Lounge flooring and bathroom tiling appears to be new. Cooker also seems to be fairly new.

Main bed really needs replacing Blind in the Bedroom was broken Some areas need updating, odd items in cupboards Shower screen Could be replaced
