No door on bedroom, so you had to walk through lounge (bedroom 2) to get to bathroom. Poor communication for access instructions Tiny Towels.

Great location,perfect for family of 4. Great shopping centre, plenty of places to eat. Modern, tidy loft conversion. Shampoo, shower gel and cleaning items available. Fresh towels and bedding. Great little place

The heat! It is summer to be expected however air con would've been great, couldn't keep windows open as there were building works directly out the window and was very wary of intruders potentially climbing scaffolding and entering. Other than that it was great

We had a problem with the way it was described. After speaking to the owner,he done his best to sort it out.

The apartment was advertised as a double bed room,a twin room and a seating area. This isn't the case. It's a double room with seating area. No twin. Which made life awkward as my daughter had a friend with her.. is apartment is for a couple with a child, maybe 2.

Good location

It was advertised as having 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It only had one bedroom with the living room sofa bed so for 3 adults (myself, my dad and my brother) it wasn’t adequate and my brother slept on the floor in the living room on a mattress topper. There was a workman installing flooring outside the apartment until 9:30pm and lots of debris left on the stairs.

Shower was unclean cooker dusty

Just right for our needs. Off street, covered parking in a normally difficult part of town was an excellent feature. Very close to town centre amenities and 10 mins from shuttle to Harry potter land.

Bottom door could use a lock and key for us to use. More for peace of mind than anything else.

Good central location. Host returned my phone call quickly.

It was listed as a 2 bedroom apartment..(a bedroom has a door on it !)..there was one bed behind a partition wall without a door and the other was a pull down sofa in the kitchen /studio room.Very light as lots of windows but no blinds so light came in very early causing lack of sleep . Thank goodness we are not snorers as it would have been hell!!

He fixed the washing machine for us straight away. He also took all our heavy lugage up the stairs for us.

Stairs steep and carpet dirty. Advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment but only 1 bedroom and converted lounge in kitchen area for the other bed No safety instructions on how to get out of apartment in case of fire. No instructions on how to use anything in the apartment, bathroom floor very slippery when wet.
