GBThe added extras provided by Trevor (the Host) certainly saved us time and the hassle of having to shop on arrival and the location of the property provided a good base for touring Dorset.
The area around the cabin was a little untidy which was not apparent on the booking photographs. This may have been more of an issue had the weather been better and we wanted to spend time in the garden area.
GBCosy with a wonderful log burner. Great attention to detail and lots of thoughtful touches. Tranquil surroundings and very well equipped. An excellent host who provided good communication and information and was extremely generous with provisions and extra treats. Thank you, Trevor, you made our stay extra special.

GBTrevor went out of his way to welcome us with great little touches, thanks Trevor! Very clean and comfortable place too.
Area around the cabin needed weeding so not as comfy to sit out there and enjoy the view
NLLovely cabin with lots of little extra touches which made our stay extra special. Host is very friendly and available to answer any questions. We also really liked the area and Wimborne Minster.
GBMany food and drink items were supplied. the location of the lodge was perfect for my needs. my dog had access to outside area and there were many local areas for walking a dog. Local pubs were a short drive.
GBIt's quirky, eccentric and magical. It's the perfect place for a couple's break. Trevor is a lovely host. He had put little touches like chocolate and fresh flowers in the chalet, as well as sorting out vegan supplies for us. In fact, he should advertise as vegan-friendly, since all the toiletries are suitable and he made us feel very welcome with a choice of plant milks and a jar of peanut butter. The chalet is a way back from the road and feels further. Once we'd met Trevor, we had the place to ourselves. There's no WiFi - a plus, in my view - though there is a small telly/DVD player and a library of cosy DVDs. The bedroom views are wonderful, looking into a field with mature trees around its edge. We had nice weather, but I think this would be a great place in the wind and rain, too.
