"Wonderful Spello"

The property had everything! It was a wonderful place and very close to everything in town. The little alleyway that led to the property was photographed by many due to the flowers.

Il Sogno is a fantastic apartment in Spello, one of the most beautiful Umbrian towns. Stefania, the host, was a pleasure from start to finish and we had a lovely time in her apartment.

This is a lovely, cosy appartment directly in Spello old town. We were made very welcome by Stefania and given lots of useful and good tips where to do shopping and eating. The appartment has everything and more that you need for your stay including smaller things like coffee and water. Two large bedrooms and a comfortable kitchen/dining room. There was even a supply of fresh fruit with oranges from Sicily. Parking was free in a public carpark about 5 minutes walk from the appartment.

The shower was a bit small and weak although this seems to be fairly normal in Italy.

"Special place in my heart!"

I have spent several weeks travelling Italy (both North and South) and I would have to say that Spello is right up there as one of my favourite places! To start, the host, Stefania is the most hospital and gracious host I have come across, she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable along with recommendations of good restaurants. Stefania has taken such pride in her beautifully decorated home, she has literally thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome. The area is just gorgeous, little cobbled laneways sprinkled with some shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I didn't like having to leave!
