Spotless well equiped property in the middle of Spello. Such a lovely welcome and explanation of everything. Easy to park briefly to unload bags then park conveniently down the hill. There was even milk in the fridge and an abundance of basic supplies. Well set up kitchen where everything looked like it was purchased yesterday.

Perfect apartment in peaceful place

The host, Stefania, has gone above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. She thoughtfully provided biscuits, water, and an Australian travel adapter in the room. Stefania's care was evident in every aspect of our experience, from picking us up at the train station (with her adorable dog) to offering excellent recommendations for dining, drinking, and activities. The room itself has everything you could want or need, and it's impeccably clean. The apartment is arguably the most gorgeous in all of Spello and extremely quiet. Overall, Stefania's attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay exceptional.

Bed and pillows were super comfy. Kitchen facilities were great. Little extras water, fruit, cake and more.

Parking is a 8 minute walk which was fine for us as we had lovely weather.

The owner has a fantastic two bedroom apartment that worked really well for the three of us. Two good sized double bed rooms, central dining / living area with open plan kitchen, beautifully decorated throughout.  The location was perfect being in the centre of Spello’s old town up a small cobbled street scattered with small artisan shops and pots of blooming flowers. It was spotless clean, tasteful and very cosy. One of the best rentals we ever experienced.

My husband and I spent 12 nights in this enchanting apartment and would have liked to stay longer. This apartment absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the exchange of messages through Booking.com when we made the reservation, we could tell that it was going to be a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and every little convenience has been thought of to make our stay in Spello perfect. The rooms are large and the accommodations very comfortable. Stefania is the ultimate host (most likely the best we have ever experienced). Many accessories were provided -- personal care items, coffee, food. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies (oils, salt, pepper, etc), bottled water, yogurt, butter. Snacks - crackers and sweet biscuits. The cooking area, while small (one should expect this in such an historic building) worked perfectly for us. Stefania is a warm and caring person who made the stay even more special -- always available to help and offer her friendship. The location in the center of historic Spello is perfect. Spello is an enchanting city, with many wonderful views, not to mention the restaurants! Stefania's recommendations (and help in making reservations) were perfect. We especially enjoyed a hike along the Acqueduct trail through the olive groves, enjoying the spectacular views looking back into the city.

The host is absolutely amazing. The home was like being in your own home. So well stocked, comfortable, and quaint.
