It's a simple accommodation but in a very good location (next to Bibi Khanum mosque and short walk from Registan). The owner is very helpful, arranges what you ask for, speaks good Russian and ok English. He really goes above and beyond to please guests.

The decoration of the room is simple, but that was expected.

Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti benissimo, struttura in family house carinissima, sicura, molto molto carina e pulita la camera, Kamil e sua moglie sono due ragazzi molto carini e gentili...ci hanno cambiato i soldi senza problemi...pioveva così ci hanno prestato anche l' ombrello....la struttura è alle spalle di una bellissima madrasa... colazione internazionale molto buona e varia...al momento di lasciare la struttura Kamil ha atteso con noi il taxi e ci ha aiutati con le valigie....se dovessi tornare soggiornerei di nuovo qui.... grazie di 💓

Bizi hem sıcak karşıladılar hem her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar biz çok beğendik ve konumuda her yere yürüme mesafesinde tam merkezde. İlk giderken ara sokakta gibi hissettiriyor ama turistlik noktalara çok yakın.

Kumil and his family were incredibly friendly. The room is super cozy, clean, and has everything you need. The location, close to all the main sights, is unbeatable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Samarkand! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Clealiness, friendly owner, close to the centre, everything in walking distance.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We booked a room with shared bathroom by mistake and they upgraded us to another room. What we liked the most was the warm welcome of the hosts. It feels like home and we will keep that always with us :) In addition, my friend is vegetarian and they adapted the breakfast.

The pipes of the bathroom smelled a bit.

Добрый хозяин, помогал по всем вопросам. Было чисто довольно, все работало, горячая вода. Неплохой завтрак. Да, это не отель, но цена/качество на хорошем уровне.

Маленький номер совсем. Скрипит кровать, не было чего-то мясного на завтрак.
