This resort has so much potential, but: Our room had broken doors, windows, meaning all animals could easily get in. The room was also not properly cleaned. Further, the staff was not able to speak a single word English..only the head manager. Finally, the included breakfast was very disappointing and the dinner was very overpriced.

Amazing location, genuinely stunning. Far enough from Tatai bridge to be completely quiet, and tucked in amongst the rainforest. Comfy beds, cool deck over the river, good food, helpful staff. It was very quiet when we were there.

Nothing really! I think 4 days was about the right amount of time (but we typically like very active trips).

you are captive cause you can only get there by boat. the feeling i got was that we were an ATM Cash Machine. food and drinks were very expensive for what it’s worth compared to the rest of Cambodia, but you can’t go elsewhere easily (20-30$ for a 10 minute return boat ride to the bridge) and if you stay longer the food variety is smallish so you’ll end up eating the same thing several days in a row.

Stunning setting. The floating villas are something very special. V rustic but comfy beds and truly amazing just being out on the water. Cambodian food was decent. No dramas with long waits for food as described by others. Friendly staff and accommodating.

Room could have been a lot cleaner. Some lights didn't work well, some missing bulbs. Sheets stained. Staff were super friendly but only one speaks English which makes ordering food or anything else kind of challenging. Nothing insurmountable though and when asked/ understood were happy to try to accommodate. WiFi very patchy.

Our stay at Thansur Tatai Eco Resort was dreamy. The place couldn’t be more beautiful and the location couldn’t be better. There is a wide range of trips to chose from as well as kayaks you can use to plan your own escapes. Bon is an amazing host and she was always there making sure that everything was going well. She even helped us arrange a car once we have checked out after we missed our bus. Food is delicious and one more time, Bon was there to recommend the house specialties. Thank you very much! Completely recommended.

Fantastic location directly at the river in the rainforest. Very nice staff and Bun, the lady who is in charge for everything is really in charge and wonderful! There is not much to do, so be prepared for relaxing days at the river. We really enjoyed our three days

We booked a two room house with living room and sleeping room and three beds. This was the description on booking.com. It turned out that this kind of houses does not exist. So they are offering something they don’t have. We got a sleeping room with two separate beds which was okay then.
