Exmoor retreat on Two Moors Way

Very friendly, helpful owner who lives nextdoor so easy access if there is any need to contact. Clean, comfortable small house with easy access from the road. Also easy access for walks out round the town, along by the river and up the nearby hills, so a very good position. Very quiet overnight so a good place to sleep. Well worth staying here for a visit to Exmoor.

Possibly the best booking.com place I've stopped in. The location was great and we arrived on a very soggy afternoon in June, with the wind blasting in from the west. The owner - Mop - was there to greet us and let us in, along with Boris & Pearl her 2 very well behaved JRT. Despite the B&B being dog friendly there was no smell of dog in the property. The place was very clean and very practicle, suiting all our needs. The hot water is very hot and the shower powerful enough considering it was electric. The bed is extremely comfortable, the room is cosy and there is an electric radiator should you need it. There's also free wifi and sky TV.

From a personal POV I would've preferred individual greek yoghurts at breakfast and not the fruit ones🤷

Mop was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the village provided a great pub, cafe and lovely walks from the door.

Everything was great. Perhaps some eggs and bacon for breakfast would be a nice addition?
