Stable Cottage, Whitebridge Farm

The location. The cleanliness. The kitchen was well equipped.

It was cold. There were no blankets or throws in the living room or the bedroom The cold tap in the kitchen only worked sometimes and because the hot water was extremely hot it was difficult to wash up when the cold tap didn't work. I rang the phone number and reported the faulty cold tap on the answer phone. Nobody rang me back. Nobody came to mend the tap. I scalded my hand washing up.

The location was good and was easy to approach

Unfortunately the shower was not very clean as mould and the head were not up to standard

Location was near to friends I was visiting. It looked a beautiful setting

The parking. There were not enough spaces for the amount of visitors but the reference book said parking wasn't allowed outside the cottage. One night I had to park there there was no other option. The shower base needed a good clean. Around the chrome on the base it was dirty The front door was difficultto close each time i left tge property. Another visitor helped me. I didnt see any staff during the stay to ask for help.

Pleasant surroundings. Would be more than happy to return or recommend. The host kindly allowed us to book in earlier than the stated time

Nothing to complain about. Milk in the fridge but none of the snacks mentioned in previous reviews!!! Not a problem.. We had put pressure on them as booking in early!

Sunny position & close to where we wanted to be

Looking tired, black around the front door, shower tray needs replacing, door off the integrated fridge. Garden furniture was on old bench & table. Never saw any members of staff

Low sofa and bed. Struggled getting up as have bad hips and knees
