Friendly building staff and security is willing to assist with any of the short comings from the host side.

The host didn't give me a remote for the gate to access the parking, even though it states that they provide a remote. When I asked about it, they said they will follow up but just ignored me after that. So every time I wanted to leave, I had to stop at reception and ask security to open the gate for me. They provide only enough coffee and milk for 2 cups worth. And we were there for 4 days. No extra bedding, so we had to use the same bedding for 4 days. Read carefully before you pay. I paid an additional R700+ just for cleaning fee that was hidden in the fine print. Construction during the week spoils a bit of your mood. There's no curtain infront of the window by the balcony, if the nabours shutters are open, they look straight into your room. I requested if they could please, in any way, make the room a little more special because it was my wifes birthday and we were also celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. But this wasn't even acknowledged.

Great location, lovely apartment had all the facilities we needed, was clean, host was responsive, WiFi was great (strong enough for my work video calls). Would highly recommend!

We didn't know about the gym in the basement so ended up paying 350 Rand per day for one round the corner! The hob was also difficult to cook on as didn't heat up that much.

Everything was quick! The host assisted me with such grace and kindness. Ladies at the reception were so nice as well, even offering me their Wi-Fi. The room is so cozy and just a beautiful space, exactly like what you see in the pictures. Netflix and Wi-Fi working very well. It was a pleasant stay 10/10. Next time I am in Cape Town , I am definitely coming back!

Nothing to be honest! I will however say that the size is not big which means the room is ideal for solo travelers
