great and well equipped apartment in a nice neighborhood. also, super flexible check in and out. would book it again anytime. :)

The building is great! My second time staying at Six on N, and will likely continue due to its amazing location, facilities and staff.  The actual apartment was also good, compact but sufficient. Has everything you need for comfortable stay. If you want a view from the flat, this isn't the one, it faces an adjacent building, so nothing exciting. The roof has great views though! And there are bonuses like a deli downstairs.

There wasn't a fan in the apartment initially and it gets extremely hot at night given the size. I requested one and the company brought one for me, however it only came on my last night and the guy that brought it, insisted on coming in where I had personal items and sensitive information to put it together instead of just giving it to me at the door. It took him 35mins to do so. It was unprofessional and a very uncomfortable experience. I ended up getting late for my night out and honestly would have avoided the request if I knew it was going to be such a poor experience.

For our purpose the perfect location @ seapoint. Appartment was clean and fully equipped. Key handover works well. Car could be parked in the garage during our stay,
