Seaside, Modern Luxury Apartment

We loved everything about the apartment. We would definitely return in the future.

The only thing we disliked was the process of checking out. We had to contact different individuals about where to drop the keys.

Everything was exceptional,the host was one call away whenever we needed assistance. I loved that the apartment had the latest appliances and close to all amenities. I’d book this place a million times !

Oh my word, do not use 217. The people hosting are unhelpfull. The view is the next building. My plugs stopped working and they made no arrangements to give me another room. It took 2 days to fix and even then the wifi wasn’t fixed. I was there to work and couldn’t. It was horrendous and they did not communicate.

The lady who handed over the key was very nice, and the apartment was modern and clean. The building felt very secure and there was a coffee place next to it. Laundry facilities and a gym were also accessible. All in all a great recommendation!

There is no generator for when the load shedding happens. The lock in the door fell off on day 1, so the apartment would not close properly (was fixed very quickly though). The lady was late to hand over the keys and did not know much about the property or what facilities we could use.

This apartment is in a really great location. Tastefully decorated with modern finishes. It has everything you need for a short stay. There is a convenient Deli on the ground floor. Basement parking is also available.

Only thing missing was a dish towel to dry dishes and a cloth to wipe the kitchen counter. Other than that everything was perfect.

The bathroom is a tight squeeze but manageable The bed is also a bit small for 2 ppl to sleep comfortably

guest communication could be better. asked for brush, did not come. would also enjoy help on car park description better. the apartnments reception was not helpful at all. they should be informed on check ins somehow. they should show where is car park if not by the owner
