This place was bad and no service available

Absolutely everything. Other guest made noise all night not considering other guests. Had to look for people hosts to for any assistance. No hot water in taps and other guests was rude and inconsiderate.

I did not go to the place they said is fully booked , but they took money and they are now not taking my calls.

Nothing

Everything...this place is scam...it doesn't exist apparently the owner lost logging details so they can't see who booked online...the new place is happy stay..run by Nigerians...it's a mess..they wanted to force me to cancel the booking which is non refundable....mxm I'm getting missed off...they provided a wrong direction and wrong images on booking.com..the place is not at emerald street...you have to fend for yourself for directions. You find it at 1 Kotse street..without sign...the contact details are wrong...this place is a total scam so be warned!

The house we were supposed to be booked in,refused to check us in because they claimed to be under new management

Being tossed around from one accomodation to the other. The shower at the house we slept did not have hot water.

Yhoo the room we booked was totally different even the building and the address was different. We googled the the place we booked but when we arrive there it was a different name of a quest house l.We went inside and found out that good life guest house is in a different location,we were given a different location to go to.Yhoobit was a lot to deal with,coming from so far n tired than on arrival in that new location we found a very different room than we had to fight to get better ones 🤭it was not clean at all with shortage of beds as we booked for a family room. After a long fight we were given other 2 rooms,little but clean and decent nyana....with no enough plugs🤦🏻‍♀️noisy doors.Aiiii management really unprofessional.They really need to work on that place coz it's soooooooo not clean.
