The owner was friendly, professional, and great to talk to! The room was very well-furnished and cozy. I was in Ninh Binh for 4 nights and this was easily the best place I stayed in.

Nice decor with a refreshing pool.

It is nice but not worth the more than 40 Dollars we paid with Genius level 3 per room. Aircon did not work properly in both our rooms. The very simple breakfast came without drinks. And far away from everything which you might like or not. Worth maybe 20 but surely not what we paid.

This home was a little slice of pure relaxation , just what was needed after a busy 10 days around Vietnam. The family are so kind and friendly and the main man has such a calming kind energy around him. They built the Homestay themselves and they should be very proud of the space . The food is also delicious and very fresh . They have free bicycles for use so we took advantage and rode around the village . The owner gave me some tips for where to go - boat ride , temples ect . We only left as they had no availability the days after ! Clean rooms, super comfortable beds , nice chill out areas and great pool! Nothing was too much when we asked for help . Beautiful place .. thank you thank you !

This is an absolutely fantastic place. Everything is super clean and super nicely decorated. The garden with the pool is wonderful and there is even an art gallery. Hoang is very nice and kind and can help you with everything (tips for bicycle ride, tour to Trang An, bus to next destination). We absolutely suggest staying in this Homestay.

Favorite place we stayed in Vietnam. The family was so welcoming and has created a beautiful garden oasis for guests. Room was very comfortable with lovely design and great attached bathroom. Highly recommend the food, it is fresh and delicious. There is art and creative design everywhere you look. Great stay for a quieter place outside of larger towns. We will always remember this stay, thank you Hoang and your family!

Great place to stay for a few days to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed cycling around the surrounding countryside (free bikes provided - some were a little old but worked fine), boat trip at Van Long (including seeing Delacour Langur monekys) and day trip to Mua Caves and Trang An. Hoang and his family were great hosts and always happy to help with trip arrangements, advice on the local area etc. Our daughter also did an art class at the property which was great.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Helpful staff, easy communication. Overall, very good for a 1-2 night stay.

The pool was not maintained. The location is in the middle of a little town with limited attractions.

This homestay is, in one word, great! The owner and the family are very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast and delicious dinner are made from very fresh products. You can choose from several dishes and they all taste equally delicious. The homestay is hidden in the greenery and it looks very beautiful and artistic. Attention has been paid to the interior down to the last detail and it looks very attractive and stylish. There is even a swimming pool hidden in a green oasis. The owner has a good scooter for rent so you can explore everything in the area. For example, you can go to the Cuc Phuong national park, where there is an enormous variety of animals, trees and plants. You can go for a walk here without a guide. The owner also has bicycles and it takes you 15 minutes to reach the Van Long, a wetland area through which you can sail by boat. The Van Long area also has very rare Langur monkeys. In short, this homestay is a gem, the people are very hospitable and helpful, the food is very fresh and delicious and is located near 2 very beautiful nature reserves.
