The staff were wonderful and helpful

There was no atmosphere at the bar. Very limited drinks only red wine. We had an issue on our last night with the plumbing and luckily staff were still at reception and they moved us to another accommodation which we were great full for. But the bed was like laying on a plank of wood so hard and uncomfortable had no sleep. Also a constant sensor light coming off and on all night from outside to make it even harder to sleep. The worst thing was we were told it was an upgrade but we would have been annoyed if we had booked these as the new chalets

Beach didn't seem very nice for swimming. Our room was a bt run down, like loose wires where lights should be. Lots of new construction on the property, but perhaps needs to focus on current rooms updates.

Great location to explore a different side of Port Villa

Rooms were clean, but the power kept cutting out on multiple occasions, cupboard doors were broken. They changed our rooms upon request.

Staff were helpful and friendly.

Kids pool unsafe. Equipment full or rust and sharp pieces. Beds felt like concrete. Rooms very noisy. Sounds like neighbouring guests are in your rooms. Very over priced. Food was overpriced and not enjoyable.

We had a lagoon front hut which was absolutely beautiful. We got a very cheap price on Booking . com which made it that much better. There is a large super market two doors up and another 50 m past that is a western union. Quiet at night time. The breakfast was fine. Staff were polite and efficient. A book exchange at the reception was good. We had the pizza which was beautiful.

There was a lot of noisy construction going on during the day. The location isn’t really near anything. The facilities are a bit worn. The washing machine was only in chinese. It seemed like they were doing job interviews so there were large numbers of people milling around. They said they offer a shuttle but just outsource it. Much cheaper to get someone at the airport. As soon as you walk out of customs there are people waiting at booths. We looked at the other rooms and they were a bit drab and sad and overpriced for the room and location. Pay the extra and stay in a better location as the roads are a bit hectic. I think you would be disappointed in any room that wasn’t on the water. No other food options within walking distance and would even need to drive a bit.
