The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The service was very poor, we were waiting for 2 hours for our room to be ready. The food at the restaurant was below average, we had to change our order because what we wanted wasn't available. Breakfast was poor as well. There's shipping containers randomly outside reception which are an eyesore. Overall it just wasn't a nice experience.

Has nice pool, delicious breakfast especially bread and croissants , staff were nice and friendly.

Kitchen didn’t have enough equipments such as chopping board and oven tray, and had to ask few times to get it. And TV wasn’t working without using our mobile data.

Plenty of amenities for the kids: playground, water Park Cheap compares to other resort.

Food at restaurant was below average

The room was lovely, right on the lagoon, the room was very spacious and comfortable, with a spa bath, washing machine and dryer and a well equipped kitchen, the staff we're wonderful and very helpful in all regards, the food was really good.

We were advised not to swim in the lagoon as it is has pollution, which was a shame, because it really did look lovely.

The staff are absolutely amazing 👏 bent over backwards at any request they really made you feel.at home.

The photos online didn't really tell the most accurate picture. Facilities are fairly run down and in need of a massive overhaul. We had no functioning TVs thr entire week , and we were without hot water for.over 24hrs after being placed into the wrong room on the first night . Menu in restaurant was not updated and didnt offer anywhere near what was advertised.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Our grandchildren came and spent a day enjoying the pool and the playground. They thoroughly enjoyed it and enjoyed the facilities and also the food.
