Staying and relaxing in a houseboat is a unique experience! Altaf, and their team made sure that our family’s dal lake stay was super comfortable. A Kashmiri experience with wonderful rooms, friendly staff, good food and good hygiene. Yummy food made in the kitchen was ready and served hot at our request. Will comeback soon.

There was no electricity whole night

My parents and I were so well looked after by Mr Ghulam. The interior of the houseboat was beautiful, the meals were especially served close to our rooms because mom had mobility issues. Did I say it was delicious. Mr Ghulam was extremely accommodating- making sure our rooms were well heated given the winter cold that we decided to embrace on our trip ! He went above and beyond to make sure we went in a timely manner in our shikara ride Thank you Mr Ghulam😊

We loved our stay here, the service was exceptional, the rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. Would love to visit again
