The wine glasses towels toilet paper wasn't enough
ZAZAI was not happy with the place about everything the minute I set my foot i send a msg to booking .com and the agent as well he’s been ignoring my messages about the refund till today he asked why did I cancel he than started defending the accomodation but nothing about the refund he’s ignoring me now
I had several issues with the EAGLE forest inn accommodation that led to my cancellation: - The pool was dirty and didn't look like it was regularly maintained - The place was a mess, didn't feel clean or well-maintained - The yard had a lot of unfriendly people, not sure if they were guests or not, but it was uncomfortable - Overall, the environment wasn't welcoming or pleasant to stay

ZAI liked the staff They were very friendly to us and the rooms were neat and had so much room for us.

The place is old and not well maintained. You can tell it was a nice place before. But it is runned down and managed by foreigners. The person we spoke to on the phone was different to the one we found at the premises. We were told not to mond the one from phone call, and we mustn't give him money when he asks. The place is full of bushes and untrimmed trees. Walkways are dirty and steep. Bedrooms and beds were not good. TV was bad, bathroom was terrible.
