Room was spacious & clean

Breakfast area was dirty & there was a terrible smell coming from fridge as if something had gone off, breakfast selection for continental was very poor.

Super clean great staff

Room was cold, staff attentive and fixed the heat in the room but we woke up cold until the heating switch on again was fantastic apart from that

Our room was really cold and we couldn't get the heating to work in either the bedroom or the bathroom. The room description doesn't mention that it's actually a modern extension in the hotel carpark . Cars are parked right in front of the door to the room which doesn't feel great. Our room has a loud hum in it so we asked to be moved which we were. It was then discovered it was coming from the bathroom fan in the next door room so we moved back. The staff were very helpful but it did suggest that the insulation between the rooms was poor. Breakfast was also odd. No butter for example and when we asked for some were given a tiny amount. No cereal, no fruit no juice.
