Fab location. Room was really, very clean. Lovely fresh towels & bedding.

I couldn’t park in the car park. Room 10. The sink in the room isn’t fit for purpose! It is a small ‘cloakroom sink’ - not big enough to wash in! Poor show, for the price of the room. You can’t fit a kettle under the tap to fill! No bottled water available.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large with a comfortable bed and was cleaned every day. There is a decent restaurant and bar on site. There are lovely river walks close by

The facilities for storing your clothes is limited, a few shelfs and a drawer unit would be helpful, we had to live out of our suitcases. We have mixed opinions on the restaurant, on the plus side we had a couple of good meals but when we plashed out £35 for the Beef Wellington we were disappointed, it arrived and it looked like a large pastry egg was placed in the center of the plate on a bed of mash with accompanying inedible carrots. The pastry was crisp on the outside and soggy on inside and the meat inside was tasteless and topped with a dark slime, nothing like a Beef Wellington that I have had in the past. I was surprised on the price we paid to stay that we were charged for the continental breakfast

No cooked breakfast during the week. 1 shower gel on the towels had been used
