Garden flat in period property Centrally located

Le logement est agréable bien décoré, situé à 30 minutes à pied du centre de Bath.

Il aurait bien de préciser que le logement était en sous sol. La moquette est tachée à plusieurs endroits. Un peu de chauffage aurait été bien venu car il faisait très froid lors de notre arrivée. J'ai fini par trouver une vidéo sur you tube pour réussir à déclencher le thermostat. Les conditions de l'heure d'arrivée ont été un peu compliqué car j'avais demandé la possibilité d'arrivée une heure plus tôt. On m'avait répondu que ce ne serait pas possible ; On m'a redemandé 4 fois l'horaire à laquelle je comptais arriver.... et en dernier lieu, on m'a proposé un paiement de 25£ pour bénéficier du logement avant 16h00 ????

Very clean and spacious. Comfortable furniture and tea and coffee was provided. Overall the flat was very nice, there were just a few minor things which would make it a lot more usable. They are all minor things though and some are just my personal preference and not necessarily what others would be bothered by.

Just a few small things really. No teapot! I hate making tea in mugs. Couldn't find a way to switch on the outside lights, which being a basement flat with narrow steps was a bit hairy coming back in the dark! No hanging space for clothes in the second bedroom and no bedside tables or lamps by the beds. We came for the Austen festival and there was no where to hang our long dresses up, even the wardrobes in the master bedroom weren't long enough. I was slightly concerned about access from the flat above so i went up the stairs and dropped the latch on the door. The flat is really not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Non slip mats and a suction handle on the walk in shower would have been a great help to my 87 year old mum! I didn't know the flat was a basement at time of booking. I thought it was at ground level. The steps were a bit awkward for us but we managed. Also the wi-fi password was not included in the check in info so had to call the emergency number to get it. Couldn't it simply be written on the back of the router? Also the batteries in the TV remote were dead, had to switch them out with another remote in the kitchen cupboard. Lastly, no hairdryer found anywhere but luckily i had packed my own. These were all minor issues and are easily fixable, but on the whole a very nice property.

There was a lot of space. Everything we needed. Size of rooms. Quirkiness of the rooms 2 bathrooms. Walking distance to centre of bath. Parking nearby. Easy to park at the property to unload before parking up. Darkness of rooms. Towels Bed linen Blankets in lounge and bedrooms

Nothing. The mattress on the king size bed was hard as previous reviews. Nothing a topper wouldn’t fix. But it was fine for a couple of nights. T

Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage. Allerdings gibt es bei der Unterkunft keine Parkmöglichkeit. Man muss einen P&R nutzen. Der nächste ist fussläufig ca. 15 min weg.

Es war Geschirr und einige Decken nicht sauber.

Lovely period ground floor flat clean modern and central. A walk away frm town up hill back but not to bad.

There was zero information provided regarding Wi-Fi, Stove operation TV channels. No information regarding highlights of transportation or attractions in the flat. The supposed patio had no outdoor furniture and there was no opportunity to sit outdoors. All attempts to get in touch with the provided help number from Clean Break properties were to no avail. As out of country visitors these items should have been addressed in a welcoming hand book.
