Wasn't very clean. No instructions were left on how to use any of the equipment. Beds and mattresses are poor quality, as was bedding .. up quite a steep road, which we were not made aware of. Advert as garden flat Garden very unkempt and very overgrown. .Wouldn't recommend or stay again

Dirty Cigarette butts all over courtyard with dusty spiderwebs everywhere Carpet stained and dirty Mattresses and linens. Stained. Raggedy scary No way to make coffee. Only press for French press. The location is perfekt, and the kitchen has the necessary equipment

It’s in a basement. It’s two bedrooms- not Three as it might sees from the pictures. It’s one bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with two 1,5 beds. We started our stay by vacuuming the apartment- seende like sofa and chairs hadn’t been loves for ages. But the bathrooms were clean and nice.

We liked the location of the property. Quite place and easy to get to the center of Bath.

Unfortunatly there was no alocated parking, so we had to pay extra £20 a day for a parking space just 3 minutes away from home. So be aware.

Location is great. Easy walk to the the city centre and convenient store is very close. Just know the walk back is uphill, so requires a little sweat to get there but who doesn't want to walk in this beautiful town. Heating is fantastic and kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. Couches are super comfortable and it has a very homely feel to it. Great for small families to stay. Communication from the owners and their team was prompt and clear and they were helpful when we requested assistance.

Biggest gripe is they are so strict with their check-in times (4pm) which is late in my opinion and the checkout time (10 am). If you want to check in earlier you are charged a whopping 25 pounds per hour, same with late check-out. I have never experienced this in all my travels around the world. Generallly my experience is that if the room is ready they will let you check in and there is some flexibility. The main bedroom is beautiful but my partner did not enjoy the firmness of the bed. I realise this is subjective as I slept perfectly well but if you have a bad back I don't think you will have a good night sleep on the bed. Just something to know.

Loved the location and the facilities, unfortunately I was somehow allergic to the sofa or something else In the living room. So just a warning if you have an issue with animal hair, I camped out in the other rooms in the evening of our stay. Other than that I would recommend!

The property is best located very near to cemtral bath and its very cozy and asthetic property loving staying there for 2 days

Very spacious lounge. Two bathrooms with showers. Functional kitchen area. Great location for central Bath.

Had a small problem with boiler which I quickly fixed with advice from flat owner.
