Garden flat in period property Centrally located

Size of Property for 4 people, tea coffee and sugar provided having 2 bathrooms Lounge area was brilliant very comfy sofas and qood quality furniture and beds vey comfortable Location was brilliant very close to Royal Crescent as it is very hilly we used a lot of Taxis very reasonably priced and lovely friendly drivers

Outside maintenence none exsistent all needs weeding and cleaning front step and door not very inviting we had booked for 5 adults luckily only 4 could go not sure where 5th bed would fit in small bedroom also very cold in that bedroom draft through doors cleaning was good in parts but very poor in others

Good location. Spacious. Good communication with management company. Clean Break were apologetic with problem and dealt with it quickly.

We arrived to find the property had not been cleaned, this was a mistake and we were pleased that it was quickly rectified. However, it still needs a really good deep clean: it was dusty, dirty carpets and hadn’t been cleaned under beds and furniture. There were no shower products (only hand soap)or welcome pack. Improvements would be to have bedside table and better outdoor lighting down the steep steps.

The apartment was amazing for our family of 5 staying here 4 nights in total. It had heaps of space and the unit felt very well decorated and renovated. The location is fine as Bath is such a walkable place so getting into centre of town was no problem. Parking is extra cost and it’s also a 10min walk from the unit. It costed us £70.50 to park for 4 days at the Charlotte parking lot so allow for that. There is street parking at unit but it only for permit holders but we were still ok to unload our stuff then head off. Overall we enjoyed our stay here….the place could do with some spare batteries aswell 😉.

The unit had everything you would need for a short stay. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs including modern appliances. Both bathrooms were modern and spacious. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Outside lighting needs improvement. There were lightbulbs on the fencing outside the apartment that did not work. This made approaching the door and walking on outside stairs hazardous after dark.

Lovely location and decor in places.

Bare minimum provided. Very unclean in places.

The double bed was very hard. Could definitely do with a new mattress.

Exceptional courtesy and approach of the host of the facility to the customer. I am very pleased
