Entire Three Bedroom House in Birmingham

The serenity and the host was ever ready to assist.

The staircase handle needs to be fixed as my dad almost fell off the stairs, also it's quite a distance from the city centre, aside that the house just feels like home.

The house was spacious, and location was good. (Very quiet neighbourhood).

It took around an hour for us to finally get the keys from the lockbox and go inside. The condition of the house was not great. I saw 2 cockroaches in the kitchen. The garden was unsafe. Stair rail was completely coming off the wall.

We arrived at the property at 8.00 pm and found that windows had been left open and the house smelling of smoke and it was freezing cold and felt damp we had a look round and found the house in a state of disrepair In the living room the tv stand cupboard door was hanging off and beading into the kitchen was missing causing my granddaughter to trip up we then went upstairs and in one room a double plug was smashed and dangerous there was no blinds or curtains up and wat looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom the door architrave was off but propped up against the wall with the nails sticking outwards in another bedroom the blinds did not close properly and again wat looked like blood on the wall On the way down stairs I noticed that the banister was hanging off the wall with 2 of the wall brackets smashed or unscrewed My wife wanted to go home but due to the late hour we stayed but because the house was so cold we all slept fully clothed as soon as the children woke in the morning at 7.00 am we left I would like a full refund and would advise that you take the house off your site as it is not fit for purpose I have taken pictures off all faults many thanks

no curtains or blinds in the 3rd bedroom. tv was smashed had 3 children to entertain all night long. wardrobes,handrail, doors all broken whole house looks to be unfinished and in disrepair looks too be poo smeared on the bedroom walls

The location suited us and the house was warm when heating was on. The host responded to queries.

The place is not clean enough and it could do with some additional furniture. For example, there is no table in the living room for a cup of coffee. The blinds do not cover the windows properly and so privacy is an issue.

the boiler was broken and when I asked somebody to come I have been ignored. The house' s temperature was 15°.
