Nice room, glad to have parking rear of hotel Had a fabulous home cooked dinner would recommend this Staff were all friendly & helpfu & had nice breakfast of our choice

Twin beds were a little soft springy for us & would have liked another pillow but that's just personal preference

The bar area at the hotel was good the beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were clean

The carpets in the dining area were very dirty and the carpets and walls in the rooms were dirty spills on the window sill and down the walls paper coming off the walls

The staff were very helpful, particularly the breakfast waitress.

The bedroom and bathroom are badly in need of updating. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the duvet was two narrow to be comfortable for 2 people sharing. The breakfast was really bad: they knew vegetarians were coming to stay but didn't get anything vegetarian in; the oat milk was off; the bread for toast was the cheapest bread available and the fruit salad was out of a can. My mother joined us for breakfast and wasn't charged as they acknowledged how bad everything had been.

Confortable, contained, family accommodation for an overnight stay after a day trip to Flamingoland . The staff were very helpful and supportive . The breakfast was excellant, my grandaughter especially enjoyed the Belgiam waffle!! Thankyou so much .

Breakfast choice was great. Evening meals available. They staff are amazing, very welcoming.
