Lovely Detached house in lovely location

not clean, old towels and bed linen, was not washed by professional company. too expensive

nothing the house was in need of some renovations, the location was ok,

where to start, the sofas were terrible dirty warn, carpets were stained, the kitchen was not clean and cupboard falling apart, flooring lifting in the utility, the cleaner needed sacking!

le ménage n'a pas été fait, le four était gras et sale, la moquette tachée, la porte fenêtre donnant sur le patio ne fermait pas, nous avons retrouvé des mouchoirs sales sous un lit, des cheveux dans une douche et un sous vêtements dans un placard. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait que le ménage n'ai pas été fait avant notre arrivée.

The location was nice. That's about it!

Everything about the house. The house itself could be very beautiful. Its large and suitable for a large family. THIS HOUSE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISED! It is disgustingly filthy. We were met with dust, dirt, rubbish, people's dirty socks, left out food containers, mould and mildew. Faeces on the toilet seat. My 7yo son nearly sat on a screw on one of the lounges. He also found a pair of scissors left in the grass as he was playing put in the garden. I have spoken to the house manager/owner however not had an apology or a refund. We booked for 2 nights, got there and left within 30 minutes after taking photos and trying to get our money back. WHICH WE STILL HAVENT GOT. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!! I will be taking this to trading standards, this house is inhabitable and unsafe. Booking.com need to take it off the site. There are lots more things I can complain about. And will be providing photographic evidence.

The location was good as it was close to family members that we wanted to visit. The house was a good size and there was adequate parking.

The place was unclean. The washing machine had about 6 inches of dirty, mouldy water in. The house smelt unclean. The sofa was in poor state. The blinds In one of the rooms fell onto our head when we went to open it. There was broken glass in the garden. The carpets were dirty. The steps were loose in the garden and quite dangerous. Not adequate fire alarms in the place. One of the beds was slightly broken/loose at the corners. The fridge was dirty too.

Our experience of staying here was one of the best exceeded our expectations

Everything was on point

Location was great, easy walk to train station, easy quiet street, with plenty of off street parking.

Absolutely filthy and run down, a condom left in a window, thankfully not used, 1 cup to use between 5 of us, a washing machine full of dirty mouldy stuff, just a horrible place to stay
