Please make sure you have Booking app downloaded in your mobile device. Off-road parking is available for residents only. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated at this property for an additional charge of GBP 7 per dog per night. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Payment should be made on arrival or payment in cash can be left in the room. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING A DOG, PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS FIRST. Our Hotel is Self Check-in after 4/4:30pm. Each room has a keypad access. Kindly note that breakfast is not provided at this property. Thank you for your understanding. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Room was comfortable, clean and stylish. Complementary breakfast was also very welcome (it wasn’t clear in the listing that breakfast was provided).

liked the breakfast. Pretty location. Would work fine for folks who have their own transportation.

Was not a good location for someone without transportation. Not near dining (other than breakfast), shopping, or anything. Management not on site most of time, when had questions.

Excellent breakfast with a wide range of choices. .

Code for the room access is sent at the last minute. Surely it can be sent earlier. The confirmation says that the details would be provided on the app but actually it was sent to an email that I have limited access to while on holiday. I had to ring the owner to get the code.

The property was smart, clean and comfortable. There was ample parking. The staff were friendly.

My husband wanted to have a shower in the morning but the water was cold.

Great location next Manchester airport , quiet and nice view.

I think you would need to fix the hot water in room 6, hot water stopped during the half of shower. Lol
