Very comfortable , well equipped apartment, close to all amenities. The.liaison before and during our trip was excellent. The option of being picked up from and returned to the airport at a small additional cost was very useful. The balcony and side seaviews were a bonus. The bed was very comfortable.

Nothing to dislike

The location is great, close to the city center, but away from the busy streets, shops/restaurants are all nearby. The apartment is very nice (even better than we expected from the pictures) and comfortable, clean, has good shower, enough space to relax (a terrace on a sunny side, a sofa, a comfortable bed and a dining table), the kitchen is fully equipped. AC works both for cooling and for warming up. We had a cleaning arranged on the day 4 of our stay here, which we appreciated a lot. We also read in other reviews about the noise from the street, which didn't really bother us much, the apartment turned out much quieter than we were prepared for. Marcos is a great host, helpful and available, the communication was him was very smooth, even during the busy holiday days.

The apartment is really very well maintained in general, but has few tiny inconveniences (i.e. if you turn the water in the kitchen while someone is in the shower, the shower water runs cold, etc.), which did not really spoil the good overall impression for us.

We loved our stay! The apartment has a very homey feeling. You have everything you need, a beautiful balcony and it’s very close to the city center. The parking spot is definitely a plus (but I need to say it required some maneuvering to reach the garage area). Highly recommend, thanks Marcos!

The elevator was broken during our stay but this was a minor inconvenience for us.

The apartment is incredibly cosy, with a lot of natural light, location is amazing (just a few minutes from all the restaurants, bars, markets...). The kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony is great - sunny since morning till the sunset almost. It is a really spacious apartment that comes with a garage parking space. Marcos is probably the friendliest host you'll find! From the first message, once we booked, to our arrival, stay and departure. He was always at disposal, and we really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend this apartment when staying in beautiful Funchal!

The only downside is traffic noise that can be heard in the bedroom (but only if the windows are open).

Perfect apartment to explore Funchal - really well equipped and had everything we needed. Really nice to have a little terrace. Very clean & comfy, and brilliant communication from Marcos up to & during our stay. Very useful to have a parking space. Easy walk to the Old Town, bus stops & cable car. We arranged for Marcos to collect us from the airport which was really handy - & great to hear more about the island from our host.

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment near the city centre with a free parking space underground.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious with a great outdoor sitting area/balcony. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located within 10 min walk from the restaurants. The apartment has an AC which can be separately controlled in the bedroom and the living room. An underground parking was a big plus. Marcos was a great host, always available to answer any questions and meet our needs,

the elevator was broken for the last 4 days of our stay.

Has everything you need. There’s nothing more I could ever ask for in an apartment. The basement Parking is super convenient. It’s a tiny bit steep and narrow to the gate but nothing unmanageable at all. It is Madeira after all!
