Pros: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Wifi Parking space

Cons: We were only given 2 very small bath towels for our 3 guests. Towels tiny. Only 1 hand towel for both bathrooms Bedsheets so bobbly and old. We found long black hairs on them Coffee machine not working; found out by asking about it Owner didn't send me lock code on arrival, I had to prompt Owner didn't respond about lack of towels. Place didn't feel clean. Lots of mould around No sockets near beds. The twin room had a very dangerous looking extension cord which was falling apart.

The house was as it looks in the photos. General cleanliness was observed. Lighting in the house was great - during the day, I'd use natural lighting instead of turning on lights. Time was observed for check-in and the host was responsive.

Worst lighting ever in the bedrooms at night - hospital level harsh lighting. They should be made yellow. Either an extension should be provided or sockets by the side of the bed.

Location and parking

Location was excellent as stayed due to transporting our children who were in the same location to attend Manchester Academy. Parking was available on site. Nice decoration but some was surface level. Spacious apartment Comfortable double bed. Early check-in at 14:00 as most are 15:00. And checkout at 11:00 which is excellent. Host very responsive.

No heating in any of the rooms. Radiators didn't work in both bathrooms Should have realised there might be an issue when saw an electric hearter in the living area. Host did bring another heater but auto switch off, so didn't help keep warm. Would hate to be there mid winter but it was cold enough at the end of March. Could do with a deeper clean as grime in parts. Some plates, glasses and cutlery were unclean and the wash sponge old and dirty They expect you to clean after yourself before leaving which is fine, but they need to check before new guests as not everyone who stays know about cleanliness.
