The only thing to like was the area the hotel was in.

Unprofessional staff, uncleanliness, strong odor, broken appliances, stained sofa, broken air conditioner wasnt working, big dent in bed of first room i was in before i was switched to another room that still had problems

The property had a lot of amenities and I like the fact it had a gift shop.

I didn’t particularly like I had to move from my suite because none of the televisions were working to a basic suite.

I liked the spacious rooms and the overall condition of the property! Please place some water bottles out for the clients.

The fact if I wanted to rent another day I had to come up with another $;100 deposit and the hot water , you have to turn on the sink and tub at the same time to get hot water

The staff was amazing. Even with the construction, the entire hotel was quiet, clean and relaxing. The breakfast was good. Beautiful view as well.

First night, all the water sources in my room were cold. I let them run for a good amount of time and adjusted several times. In the morning, I reported it, the staff quickly fixed the problem but the water went back to being cold a day after. I reported it again but this time the water was lukewarm and would not get hot. This goes for the shower, bathroom sink and kitchenette. Staff always responded quickly but the issue was not resolved. Lastly, I wish there were meat alternatives for the breakfast like turkey or chicken sausage.
