Entorno muy agradable. La sauna maya incluida en el precio es una experiencia única. El disponer de embarcadero propio fue muy útil para la visita del lago en lancha privada.

La atención del personal, llegamos un poco tarde y nos atendieron en el restaurante y con mucha amabilidad y una sonrisa. La atención del personal es excelente!!

Lo único que sugiero es tener las fuentes habilitadas eso realizaría aún más la belleza del lugar

"I would not recommend staying there."

They upgraded our room when I complained about the age of the hotel. They were accomodating in this respect. The staff was helpful.

The facilities were very old. It felt like no one had stayed there for several years. The photos on the site did not match the reality of the hotel. There were fountains everywhere that had no water. There were signs saying that the hotel was for sale and it felt like this hotel was on its last legs.

Het hotel is met een prachtige tuin gelegen aan het meer van Atitlan en kijkt uit op de San Pedro Vulkaan. Personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Het heeft een mooi aangelegd groot zwembad.

Ik kan niets bedenken.
