Very helpful staff, luxury villa, would definitely recommend to people visiting Bali.

Bedroom is not very soundproof could hear chickens from about 3am.

Really well positioned in a central area but so quiet being tucked away.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very beautiful but be aware about insects that come in. The pool area was nice. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing lighter meals. Free water in the water dispenser. They cleaned our villa very carefully every day!

You can hear the traffic from the main road at night so bring earplugs if that will disturb you. Also be prepared to hear sounds from the ongoing construction right at the side of the villa. Not so much privacy because the construction is a few levels higher so the people working there can se in the kitchen/pool area.

This place has potential but they’re selling rooms far before it’s ready resulting in a really poor quality stay.

There is construction right next to the property which was not communicated until after we booked, it was advertised as a “Black Friday discount” when turns out it was due to the noise from construction. However this discount was not large enough as we had noise from 7:30am to 7pm everyday with some days going even later. We had concrete splatting off the construction onto us whilst we laid by the pool, see photo of sun lounger attached. The roof has no insulation so you can hear so much noise! Unfortunately I cannot attach the video attached highlighting the construction noise but it was worse than you can imagine even with all the doors & windows closed. There is also a cockerel and dog next door which make noise all throughout the night, waking us up constantly! The bathroom stank and the glass door from the bathroom brought so much light into the room making another reason we couldn’t sleep. The staff on site were lovely however their reception area/staff living space was really poor quality - you should treat your staff better than that. Half of the lights in our room as well as the AC didn’t work correctly. As I said the place has potential but rooms shouldn’t not be sold yet as this was the most uncomfortable 4 nights we have had traveling over the last 6 months. We were also confused on the cleanliness as some areas of the villa were filthy (day bed was disguising) whereas the main light In the room still had packaging on it - another detail that showed how rushed and unprepared this construction was. Would not recommend!!
