prachtige ruime accomodatie op een geweldige locatie vriendelijke personeel, receptionist Michaelis super vriendelijke en haalde ons op van de taxi. waanzinnig uitzicht op thira en oia ontbijt werd bezorgd op terras voor de kamer rustig gelegen, even klimmen maar is absoluut de moeite waard!!

The hotel is seeped in history which is so interesting. The architecture is amazing and you could spend all your time just looking around. The ceilings especially are magical. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The views from the top are amazing too. Having breakfast ( which was delicious) on the balcony is such a great way to start your day. As the hotel is at the top, it is quiet and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Santorini Our room was huge with plenty of history but modern too

Hotel Zannos je nádherný. Jeho výnimočná poloha, charakter, vybavenie a profesionálny prístup personálu ho zaraďujú medzi najlepšie a najkrajšie hotely nie len na Santoriny či Grecku ale dovolím si tvrdiť že sveta. (A to som veľký cestovateľ)

The view

Booked for birthday trip based on the pool because beaches are not amazing in Santorini. This property has recently opened and is fundamentally unprepared to host guests. On arrival, I was given a tour that purposefully excluded the pools. When I asked, a male staff member lied and said it was undergoing a "pH balance check." The next day I was told the nice main pool is restricted and not available to all guests. When I asked the female manager, she talked over me, dodged the question, and falsely claimed she didn’t even know the male colleague who checked me in, despite him standing right next to her when I arrived. The secondary, inferior pool allocated for general guests was hidden, lacks umbrellas and poolside service. When I asked for beach towels, they arrived an hour later, delivered in a plastic bag. My room was nowhere near the actual hotel complex, it was located down a steep hill in a random, isolated area. On 2 occasions, hotel staff walked straight into my room without knocking while I was using the jacuzzi. Despite asking three separate times over a day long period while my room was empty, it was left uncleaned with a layer of bugs on top. It was only cleaned on my 4th request while I was trying to tan and snooze beside it. I overheard other arriving guests asking for a new room because the one they were assigned smelled awful and, the female manager after being rude my whole stay, behaved like miss congeniality for optics on checkout when the breakfast room was busy. I gave the hotel the chance to remedy these issues, they've refused a refund so here is my review. If the manager replies to this, it will be a false statement to distort the facts.

Incroyable hôtel 5 étoiles perché dans la vieille ville avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. La suite est immense avec terrasse et jacuzzi privé. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel , boisson chaude panière de pains et croissants et au choix deux plats. Cet hôtel se mérite il faut monter quelques marches pour l’atteindre mais le personnel vient vous chercher et porter vos bagages. Et une fois en haut c’est Waouh ! Merci à tous pour votre accueil vos sourires et vos bons conseils.
