The view was beautiful

My experience at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment. The room was dirty, with stained towels and a musty smell due to dampness. The staff was rude and unhelpful (The only polite person was the gentleman who brought me the breakfast.)—they didn't even inform me about the hotel services upon my arrival. When I entered the room, the lights weren't working, and instead of fixing it before check-in, they brought an electrician who took two hours to resolve the issue. During the repair, he used the bathroom in my room, and when I asked for housekeeping to clean it, the woman didn’t speak either Greek or English, forcing me to clean it myself while I was exhausted and needed rest. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel was difficult to access by car, and I had to carry my luggage uphill for 300 meters, including stairs, without any assistance. When I arrived, there was no groom to help with my luggage, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was mediocre and not worth the money spent on my stay. I had booked a room with a view, but the only thing I could see from my room was a wall. I had to go to the pool area to actually enjoy the view. Also i couldn't keep the shutters open in the room because I was visible from the pool area, so I was forced to keep them closed all day. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tres belle suite avec jaccuzi. Personnel très sympathique (Anastasia) avec de bons conseils sur la région. Vue magnifique. Calme ambiant. Je recommande fortement.
