"Nice place"

Nice room, quiet street, tea and coffee set in the room, everything is really cool, was fine.

Bed was too hard for my friend but it seems fine for me, if you like soft bed, You wouldn’t like it. Also WiFi is bit slow but it work so wasn’t bad

Bathroom was clean.

The was no instructions on how to enter the property. Look modern from the outside. The entrance wasn't ideal. Not clean. No one there when we entered and the reception was all locked up. Spent over 30 mins on the phone to booking.com to try and resolve it.

The room was dusty, unclean mirrors, teabags, and kettle provided, but no tea cups or mugs. Carpet smells of tobacco .
