Disappointing and unhygienic stay Avoid this place. I stayed here for three weeks for work, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Check-in/Check-out issues: Communication was poor. It was difficult to get the keys upon arrival, and leaving them was just as complicated because the host changed the lockbox code without informing me. Terrible hygiene: The apartment was filthy from day one. The shower and bathroom sink were clogged, no toilet paper was provided, and there were only two towels for a three-week stay. Furthermore, trash was left rotting for days in a closet right opposite my door, and the building's entrance smelled awful. Noise & Comfort: Located directly above nightclubs, the apartment is extremely noisy at night. There is no air conditioning, and while I was lucky with the weather, opening the windows would have been impossible due to the noise. Safety and surroundings: The entrance area felt unsafe and neglected, to the point where I encountered a homeless person sleeping and leaving bodily waste right outside the main door. While the host can't control the street situation, cleanliness and basic maintenance should be a given.
