I would like to give full marks but the property did not exist.

We arrived at the so called address. There were no instructions on how to enter the property. I attempted to contact the property owner by telephone, text message and email, nothing!!!! After 4 hours speaking with booking. Com I realised we had been scammed Under no circumstance book this property

It was very close to the centre so you could go do everything while you where there and very affordable for the price

Sofa in lounge needs updated - not comfortable No terrestrial TV

The room was absolutely beautiful and had absolutely everything that we needed. It really was like a home away from home. Unfortunately my fiancé had a medical episode during our stay (epileptic fit) and knocked the toilet roll holder off the wall but I reported it first thing the next morning and Elaine and Vanessa were extremely understanding and advised me of the correct procedure to report this straight away. I loved the fact we had an option to pay for a late checkout and this rate was very reasonable. The accommodation is in an ideal location within the centre.

There was alot of stairs but this can't be helped. I couldn't work out how to use the hob but was able to use the microwave as an alternative.
