Excellent location. Very well equipped. Good quality bedding. For the most part exceptionally clean. Surprisingly quiet for a city centre apartment. Good communication and flexibiltiy from the hosts. The shower water stayed in the shower and didn't drip all over the floor. Excellently located for parking in the adjacent multi-storey. Comfortable temperature. Plenty of plug sockets. Space and plug sockets for work. Excellent WIFI and good television.

No toilet roll despite it being included - could have had disasterous results 😂 The floor having a layer of dust that collected on my feet and our suitcases. Was odd because it was clean other than that. Having to wait a number of hours for a fire alarm error to be corrected which was like having tinnitus. I'm assuming that was a one-off though.

Location was ok just bit hard to find and main door was not locking so it was easy for anyone to come in and out

The cutlery, the bed had hairs all over the bed and bedsheets was dirty I sent messages to the host and got no reply

Location. It's in the middle of the city centre, so everything was within 10 minutes of walking distance.

As with all city centre locations, noise. It does get very noisy (pretty much all night and day), especially during university term times and since it's right by the tram tracks (+ bus route) you will hear them from early morning (and it is significant). Also, bear in mind, no shampoo and/or body wash.

Location is very good, close to facilities and visiting areas. Area safe. Apartments next door, good sound proof with almost no noise.

Issue with the bath area from day 1. Water discharge blocked with very slow water outflow . No action taken despite complaint being logged.

Excellent location and solid amenities.

No air conditions; only really a problem during a heatwave, though.

Lovely little apartment had everything we needed right in the middle of the city close to amenities restaurants and attractions. Perfect location to visit our daughters student accommodation and site see Nottingham.

Noticed the apartment was above a nail salon. The shower & WC smelt like someone was smoking then we realised that it was the acrylic fumes coming from the nail shop. The mattress sheet was dirty and stained. We used the sheet ontop of the quilt to rectify that issue wasn't too problematic. But would recommend having a word with the cleaner to ensure the sheets are fresh and clean.
