Great location, simple check in & out process.

I stayed here for a week during a work trip and was appalled by the poor hygiene and lack of professionalism. The apartment was filthy on arrival—mouldy pizza in the oven, hair on the floor and in the fridge, mould in the bathroom, a dirty bin, and vomit-stained, wet clothes left in the washing machine. I requested a deep clean, which was only done after escalating the issue to customer service. Things got worse when I used the washing machine myself—it didn’t run a cycle and locked my clothes inside. Despite requesting a technician, no one ever came. I had to leave my belongings behind when I checked out, and the issue has still not been resolved. I’ve received no compensation or meaningful response from the property since. Noise was also an issue. Although I understand guest behavior can be unpredictable, I frequently heard loud parties and what sounded like drug use from nearby rooms, making it impossible to relax or focus on work.

City centre. Easy access. Comfortable and clean apartment.+sheets and towels. Good appliances but no instructions on their use.. A tea-towel, a colander and perhaps a jug would have been helpful.

Bathroom down 4 steps (Slightly worrying at night time for older people.) No instructions for use of appliances. We could not work out how to use the hob. Concern about the metal chair. It appeared wobbly and we discovered screws missing and one leg not properly attached. This needs attention as it could be dangerous if used by a heavy person. The banister on the hall stairs also needed repair.

Absolutely nothing.

There was a lot I didn’t like, I paid a lot of money to stay somewhere, which there were a lot of issues. First problem there was a lot of mould in the bath room and mark all over the room. (Seemed to be make up and drawings) Secondly the shower, went in it for 5 minutes then went stone cold and it didn’t warm back up, yes the problem got fixed but should have been checked before we came. Thirdly the washing machine was broke however we didn’t realise until we put our clothes in it and turned it on, so our clothes were sopping wet and got stuck in the washing machine. (The washing machine wouldn’t spin and made a horrendously loud sound) So they “upgraded“ us to another room which then there were another problem with the stove top no matter what there was always a issue and the “couldn’t” give me a refund the hole trip was absolutely horrendous, just wanted a nice relaxing get away with my partner, but that didn’t happen as there was nothing but hassle and issues with the apartments. I still think I should be given a refund however that won’t happen, I will never ever book this place ever again nothing but stress and hassle.

Spacious studio, located in central part of the city. Pretty much everything is around you. Comftable bed, good wifi - kitchen looked well equiped.

- Both wardrobe & bathroom weren't really clean. There was also dust piling up under the bed. - Not much of a water pressure in the shower, which I could look past if it wasn't for the fact that the water was at most warm not hot and even then there wasn't much of it. Not sure if this is due to my stay being during winter - either way that's not much of an excuse. - My main room had a massive road side window - wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't super thin, meaning that the room just gets super cold & it's not really good at keeping noise from outside, well outside. There are pubs, clubs, restaurants etc all around, it just results in quite loud nights. - The place has radiators, and while the main room one takes a little while to warm up the place - it does it's job once its hot. However the bathroom one did not work - damp towels yay! Final point, their "check in" process is absolutley horrible. Not only am I not happy they requested ID documents to be sent over AFTER already having paid for the stay (which is not listed on their page). The required £100 deposit is quite laughable if you compare it to all of the hotels and AirB&Bs in town. Obviously you don't get check-in details until you provide all of this, personally this all seems quite scammy. And I can't say I really trust some random host with properly handling personal information that has to be submitted off of Booking.com platform. Of course there's no information as to how long all of this is held for either - ideally I'd want all my details removed. ASAP.

The apartment overall was nice . Close to the centre. Comfy bed great kitchen area. Iron was not in the apartment but we did contact hotel representatives and the cleaner did bring for us the next morning thankyou. Shower was easy to use.shower mat would have been nice but we put a towel on the floor . Great communication with the representatives easy to gain access to the property and there is a monitor camera inside the apartment to see outside of the front door. Great kitchen amenities. Other than out dissapointments we did like the apartment.

We had a room at the front of the apartment which was to the main road so there was noise but this was due to our window not being able to be shut as it was broke we did report this but unfortunately the maintenance guy didn't turn up until we were leaving. We had to report other guests as they were rather loud and using the washing machine through the night (8pm until 6am) so didn't get a restful sleep. Also the doors are fireproof making them heavy and guests slamming them which was highly irritating. The cleaners seem to do a rushed job they do not clean windows or sills and they were discusting and the floors could have been cleaner also when the cleaners are cleaning other apartments they are really loud and do not consider other guests that may be still sleeping or resting. Would have been nice to have an extra mirror for us females who like to get ready. Also would have been nice to chose which apartment we stayed in

Alot of noise from the pub or pubs in the area late at night

The actual apartment is great. It’s just not well maintained and the cleaning is shocking.

Stale bread from pervious users in the cupboards, mould on the tiles in the shower and on the shower head, filthy stairs with plaster dust from a damaged handrail etc etc.
