Nice location, friendly staff

Everything was fine but not great for the price

It was a bit old and outdated. Beach wasn’t great, with some trash.

The staff was amazing. The pool was beautiful. The beach was perfect all 20 minutes away from the airport, but still quiet and peaceful. A great stay- we will definitely be back.

Location was good and it had a nice beach although narrow but for St Vincent good. Layout of the complex good. Some staff very good others not so.

My main concern was the rooms. We had 2 rooms and one was quite bad. Clean. However we arrived and there was just a dribble of cold water in the bathroom sink, there was a plug but it got jammed if put in. No bath plug . The shower handles dropped off so it was touch and go getting the shower to work. There were 2 double beds in the room and the bedside light wouldn,t turn off unless the pulled the bed out and switched it off by the plug behind the bed. I moved another light to the bedside that did have a switch on it to switch off. You couldn,t close the patio doors as they would get jammed and so stiff to open. I asked to be re-roomed but they said the only other room to have was over the other side of the complex. There was a room next door to my husband's but they said it was taken but all the time we were there it wasn't. The hairdryer didn't work. The iron didn't work. There was a very nice housekeeper that came but she really couldn't sort anything out. We stayed in the 2 rooms as they were next to each other but completely unsatisfactory - you make the best of it in the end.

I like how the hotel was close to the main road to access the public transport, one of the beaches within walking distance right behind the hotel, helpful and pleasant staff.

The breakfast was served from a Menu and there were options printed on both sides of the menu however, if you choose anything out of the main course, you had to pay extra. For instance a fruit bowl or cereal was not included into the main menu. Also lack of communication from front desk to kitchen staff, I was almost charged for my first day’s breakfast. Staff was running late, being it a Sunday & public transport is difficult on weekends, so we had to grab toast and tea. I didn’t like how no staff came during my stay, to open the safe even though I called front desk on entering my room and informed them it was locked. The room was not really of an ocen view as mentioned. It was more of the resturant view.

Service at restaurant/bar. it took one-and-a-half hours to get the "fish of the Day", on another occasion, 45 minutes to get a simple salad. All of this despite numerous reminders to the waiters. The drinks are diluted. There is hardly any rhum in the punch. Did I say Caribbean? The office failed to give me the requested wake-up call at 5 a.m. on my departure day. Fortunately the numerous local roosters did provide it. All of this is clearly not acceptable in this class of hotel.

Which there was more local choice when it comes to the food choices. The location was perfect.
