The property was perfect! Fantastic facilities and better than we could have imagined!

Location

We never had access to the pool as the owner/host never delivered the access cards promised and there was no access cards in the accommodation either so to list the accommodation as having access to a pool is incorrect and very misleading. There is also several issues with the apartment that looking at previous guests reviews have been ongoing and unresolved for years such as: • The apartment door lock is faulty and very difficult to actually get in and out of the apartment. • The main bedroom balcony door does not even lock as the lock is broken so it is totally unsecured, there is also no blind to that door window as the blind has been ripped down at some point and chucked under the bed. Most of the beds slats are also badly broken under the mattress. • The en-suite bathroom door lock is totally broken, so the door cannot be locked or closed. The en-suite shower is completely blocked and floods the en-suite with minutes of turning the shower on. We had to use many of the towels to prevent a massive water leak in the apartment. • The entire apartment was completely filthy on arrival and there was even the last occupants cutlery and crockery in the dishwasher. There were even hairs, including pubic hairs in the showers and around the bathroom floors. • The fridge/freezer was disgusting and has to be bleach cleaned throughout. • We would suggest the apartment was not even cleaned after the last guests and it has probably never been cleaned properly ever. • The floors throughout were disgusting and had to be cleaned. • The washing machine was absolutely disgusting and had to be cleaned before use. • The balcony floor, glass and hand rails are filthy and covered in old bird poop, clearly never ever been cleaned. Overall we are disappointed and the property has been badly misdescribed.

The location was super - great views over the marina. The rooftop was lovely - nice pools and loungers etc.

The shower in the ensuite off the main bedroom floods almost immediately. You cannot be in it for more than 2 mins, so we had to use the other one, or turn it on and off while in there and wait to open the door for ages and use throws to mop up the wet then dry them on the balcony during the day The main bedroom is missing a blind (found broken under the bed) so there is NO PRIVACY at all. We had to use the throw (once dry from mopping up the shower leak) to wedge against the window at night so people on the marina couldn't see in! These were issues that could easily have been amended. What has prompted us to complain is that the host Leon completed ignored us. After a couple initial messages when we first arrived re check in, my husband asked him if he could raise a couple of things - Leon said yes, then blanked us thereafter - my husband messaged a few times, then I did too - and he just said nothing back!! We just found this incredibly rude. Very disappointing indeed. Also, be aware that the kitchen is seriously depleted of usable crockery and glassware - e.g. no wine glasses - we found one champagne flute, so used that to drink wine for one of us! The other had to make-do. Also the beds are not very comfy - hard mattresses and bedding etc is definitely more budget than luxury. All the above we would have overlooked and probably come back to stay again - but there is no way we would do so after being completely ignored!

Apartment was very spacious and well equipped, with a balcony that had good views of the Rock and marina. The location was good. There were bars and restaurants close by and the distance to the centre of town was a comparatively short walk as was the bus station. It was excellent value. We enjoyed our stay there and would use the property again as well as recommend it to others.

The key safe was among several and unmarked, making it trial and error to find the correct one.

Location it was very dirty I’ve spoke to agent was telling me I’d get 25% refund still waiting we left a brand new expensive hairdryer in the drawer told agent were it was still no reply or refund for the state the apartment was in was disgusted in the state that property was in when arrives

Piso muy bonito, con una ubicación excelente. El balcón muy grande, fue donde mas tiempo pasamos.

Tried messaging and calling property contact with no response. Booking stated there was parking and there was absolutely none. The lock on the door was extremely difficult to unlock. There was no blinds, curtains, shade, etc covering the glass French doors in the primary bedroom. Not only did the doors face the entire marina but it was also east facing. So much light in the room.

Location was good.

Access arrangements were appallingly bad. Could not locate key to the property and it took us nearly three hours to make contact with the host (Leon) who said that his phone was out of order !! Hence our early check in was missed (although paid for) and our ordered Welcome Pack never arrived (also paid for). All in all, a very poor experience indeed.
