The breakfast was great, lots of options! Our ranger was very friendly and attentive and did his absolute best to make sure we got the best views of all the animals. The day bed overlooking the dry riverbed was fantastic, as well as the outside bath.

It was too cold when we went to properly use the plunge pool, but was fantastic otherwise.

Loved the privacy when wanted, but also loved meeting people from around the world! The food was amazing, the staff even better, and the game driving staff spectacular!!

Hard to pick out something bad, for us probably too much food! We choose to skip lunch everyday!!

Game drive and guide was knowledgable.

We had honeymoon suite with bath outside , my wife was unable to bath - too cold and no privacy. The toilet did not have a basin to wash your hands. Badly laid out bathroom facilities

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was plentiful and delicious. The safari excursions were first class.

Only one suggestion for improvement: there is a motion-sensitive light at the coffee station in the room. When one of us got up at night to go to the bathroom, it came on, potentially waking up the other person. I'd suggest having a regular light switch there.

We loved the lodge. It was a truly special experience. Everything. The safari, the food, the environment of the hotel, the facilities, the staffs. It is an expensive experience, but totally worth it if you have the chance to invest!

An oasis of luxury and exceptional hospitality in stunning natural surroundings. We were fortunate in seeing all of the big five during our four game drives and the sightings were enhanced by the consideration and knowledge of our guide. Our experience exceeded my expectations.

The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The rangers were good fun and all very knowledgeable. We successfully managed to see all the big 5, down to the commitment of our ranger. We really enjoyed the evening meal switching location each night and we were lucky enough to sample fine dining and river bbq under the night sky. Overall, a wonderful and an unforgettable stay.
