Property Notes

The lodge is approximately 45 minutes to an hour from the Malelane gate and therefore it is recommended that flights to / from Kruger Mpumalanga Airport (KMIA/MQP) are booked to arrive before 2:30 pm on day of arrival and depart after 10 am on day of departure. The camp is half way between Skukuza and Malelane gates, approximately 22 miles in both directions with only 2 miles of dirt road. Due to the rules and regulations of the Kruger National Park, nobody is allowed on any Kruger National Park roads during the period of gates being closed. Therefore guests must be at their destination by the time the gates close. Jock is located in a malaria area, but incidents are very low. However, guests should still take precautions.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Highly recommend!"

Everything! They are doing great job! I spotted a walking leopard at Villa 001. We love the outdoor cabana(viewing deck), it is private and quiet. The bathtub is nice! Overall this is on of the luxury villa in Kruger.

Dinner at the river bank! Cool!

The safari with Jacob was incredible: 14 rhinos and 1 Léopard.... For the rest, the place was with dry river and no animals venue.

When we arrive at 14h25 and lunch close at 14h30, difficult to eat with a warm welcome... we were at a bad time and kitchen wants to close... not in good accord with booking price

Beautiful lodge in a prime area of the Kruger, the rooms and service are exceptional with friendly staff and knowledgeable guides who go out of their way for you. We were planning our return visit before we’d even left.

Fantastic place and team One of the most incredible lodge we have ever visited Our ranger Dawid is a true gem of a person

WiFi was down which meant credit card use for payment of extras was not possible and we were short of Rands. Fortunately the lodge offered to take euros instead.
