Nothing to not like

All was perfect. Apartment is really huge and fits a family very well. Fully equipped, nice location within short walking distance to the lake and downtown. Nice garden around. But the overall best part of the experience is Sathis, the host. He gave us great amount of suggestions about everything, showed us around, organised a traditional dancing performance 10 mins from the house (very nice and uncommercial), talked with us about country's history. So if you want a real home stay with a high hotel-like standard, go for it!

Very spacious apartment. Very nice and communicative owner. Nice garden, View. Nights were very windy and wind was waking us up, but this is not dependent on the owner :). I would definately come back once we are back in Srilanka.

Spacious, with beautiful view. The owner was very kind, gave us a lot of helpfull informations and support us by the organisation of trips. I recommend.

The host Sathis is a wonderful man who could not do anything more to help make our stay in Kandy excellent. He got us an excellent price for a full day tuk tuk tour and an onwards taxi journey. Warm shower, comfy bed, good views!

Green Bird Villas was an exceptional accommodation indeed the best we have experienced in Sri Lanka. The facilities were spotlessly clean and brand new. It was a pleasure to stay in the hills above Kandy. The view was spectacular yet we were so close to the town. Our host was warm and friendly. He was incredibly helpful and helped arrange transport and tickets for our planned itinerary. An absolute delight.
