The villa is in a beautiful location in the lush green hills of Kandy. A quiet place to relax and a short tuk tuk ride to the centre of Kandy. A big thanks to the owner, Sathis, who arranged many experiences for us and went above and beyond helping me to track down travel documents I had lost on a train. I can’t thank you enough Sathis for your help!

Sathis the owner has prepared everything from a fully equipped kitchen over a Bed and Bathroom with all whats needed to a Marma massage right in the Apartment, which was relaxing ans even healing pains to continue journeys in this beautiful hill country. thanks for the great host role! recommended for a perfect stay to see things around Kandy for even 2-3 days. with Tuktuk around 7 mins to Kandy City Center and 10 mins to Kandy train station

Great base for day trips from Kandy. Out of the madness of the city. Close enough to walk down but you’ll probably need to get a 5 minute tuktuk back up as it’s a seriously steep walk up. Monkeys on the balcony, on the edge of the jungle, sounds of nature throigh the night. A lovely home stay.

Sathis truly made our experience unforgettable, with a very warm welcome, cozy accommodation form the moment we arrived, Sathis greeted us with genuine warmth. The rooms were immaculate and cozy, with thoughtful touches everywhere. We felt right at home! Good location is very close to the city and environment is peaceful. Very beautiful view can be seen in the morning. The facilities there were beyond our expectations Very good value for money. Sathis also gave us recommendations for nearby attractions which were spot-on. The accommodation is also central to great locations All were unforgettable experiences...We can’t wait to return!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs as a short stop over accommodation for our family of 4 in Kandy before moving onto the rest of Sri Lanka. Sathis was the perfect host and a true gentleman! The apartment had a nice balcony overlooking the mountain and we saw beautiful sunrise during our stay.
