Perfect. Has everything you need in the property and the instructions are very clear and the communication is great.

Parking can be tricky but you need to be gone from the property by 10am therefore there’s lots of places you can park for 2 hours from 8am - 10am

It was really cozy, lovely design

The location is good in terms of how close it is to the lovely town of Brecon.

The approach to the property is awful, 2 abandoned cars and a motorbike are rotting away directly outside the front door. There is no chance of parking outside whatsoever. When you enter the property it immediately smells strongly of damp. All of the floor tiles are chipped and cracked some are loose and this makes it look dirty. The shower in the bathroom is uninviting to say the least, very unclean grout between tiles. The sofa is literally falling apart! The property is in a general state of poor repair, woodwork is tired and grubby looking, rubbish stuffed between the stones in the ceiling. We didn't stay the night, we spent 30 mins there whilst we found alternative accommodation, left the keys in the lock box and went somewhere else. Extremely disappointed. Then no reply from the host after we raised our issues via email.

Lock box provided which was great for a really late check in. Location great in central Brecon.

No toilet paper provided, shower head was broke, shower was really dirty.

Lovely quirky apartment right in the middle of Brecon town. It was quite cold when we arrived but the apartment was toastie warm and kept the heat well. Comfortable and clean except for the oven. Kitchen equipment was just enough for the two of us. Location was brilliant with easy access to town center.

The advert states free onsite parking, but we were told on our joining instruction (23rd December – the day before our arrival date) car parking it is not private for the apartment, so we had to find alternative parking. The shower head support was broken. The oven was very dirty and the green bin kitchen area was half full of empty bottles and cans. The blind in the kitchen area appeared to be broken, and we couldn’t access wifi as the password was illegible. All in all, we had a good couple of days away, but the above issues did leave us somewhat disappointed which is a shame.
