Brecon serviced apartments- Kian Perrott Properties

The apartment had everything we needed for a 1 night stay following a wedding in the local area. Hosts were very accommodating with our check in.

Unfortunately I was woken up every time someone went through the outside door and it swung shut which seemed to be quite frequently early in the morning so not much rest had.

Access easy and flexible. A warm and characterful interior. Very well equipped kitchen (except for egg-cups!),easy to cook there. Comfortable, especially the bed, and mostly quiet. Clean. Right in the town centre with all amenities minutes away. No stairs, just a couple of steps inside.

If you park in the (rather grim) yard in front of the accommodation, beware - I was blocked in by a selfish driver for several hours- fortunately not when I needed to move! Easier to park in unrestricted side streets instead, once you have unloaded. No outside sitting space. No micro-wave- I rarely use them, so no prob, but some folks do. It could do with a clothes- hanger in the recess by the bed.

It is unique and cozy.

The sofa is not good and could do with being replaced. Think over time the strings holding it together has snapped and so the arm rests constantly fall away from the sofa. Also no tea towels were provided

Central location, comfortable bed, kitchen equipment was very handy

Thin walls, heard everything the neighbours were doing, shower wouldn’t stay up on its own had to hold it the whole time, picture of washer in the photos, was not in property.

It smells mouldy, The oven was filthy We had to use the cutlery and cups before we could use them. The shower was awful and the toilet was stained. The outside parking was awful And the neighbours were noisey

Comfortable with all necessary amenities.

Walls are a little thin ref noise with adjacent building; but no disturbance caused.

Brilliant location, warm and clean, good urban vibes and spacious. Parking was straightforward.

The only things that needs investment is a new shower and perhaps a bit more cutlery (only one fork). But for the price we paid it was good value and quirky.

parking an issue - not necessarily the fault of owner. We parked in Bell Lane as directed. Woken at 5:30am - door knocked and intercom buzzed. Disgruntled car owner and presumably other occupant of nearby apartment who was blocked in by 2 of 5 cars parked in very small parking area.
