Location was perfect, close to everything!

I didn't like there was no space for my car when I turned up, pretty sure it was advertise that there would be a space for that flat, so found a car park that was suggested in the messages to realise they don't do overnight parking but had no choice as there was no where else to park, so risked it overnight, to go to my car the next morning with a parking ticket on my car!! The couch looks like it's strapped together, as soon as I sat on it, it would just move in all directions, wasn't compfy at all!! The neighbours were forever in and out and making sure all doors where slammed everytime, was woken up at 6.30 to them leaving which they didn't attempt to do quietly and I feel like the the grouting on the floor and bathroom needs redoing as it gives it a 'not cleaned' look. Also didn't like the 10am checkout, think that's a bit too early for paying nearly £100 for a night. The pictures made it look really cosy and warm and i just didn't enjoy this stay, I'm sorry.

Lovely old wine cellar, spacious kitchen, big shower, clean and tidy.

Bed was very hard, sofa needs replacing with something sensible, no pint glasses, limited cooking equipment, parking limited.

The location is excellent for exploring the town and sampling the pubs and restaurants and the cathedral is a short walk away. The property is a cosy place and definitely a unique place to stay.

When booking we were led to believe that there was parking outside. The day before we were due to arrive we found out the parking was not exclusively for the apartment...it was public. Although the apartment was pleasant and clean the location was anything but pleasant.

The property was in a convenient location in town, not far from anything at all. Bed was nice and everything was cosy. Wifi was ok on a whole, but if it goes you’re a little bit stranded as there’s no signal at all.

The shower could be fixed. The latch it is on is broken and made the shower face away from us not on us. It had to be pulled on to be fully on us. Sometimes it felt as though there was a lack of toilet roll and cleaning supplies. We only noticed lack of cleaning supplies because we had to wash certain dishes as they looked a bit dirty before eating on them. Boiler can be a bit loud but not really a problem for me or my partner. Aside from the place looking cosy, there were slight details that could be touched up such as foam insulation exposed by the tv and where the mirror stands there being a hole in the wall by the skirting board.

Lovely property, very cosy and warm, had everything you needed. Very close to all amenities that brecon has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

The amount of litter and rubbish outside from surrounding businesses.
