Easy check in and out. Good communication.

There were no towels in the flat, looked everywhere and opened every drawer, could not even find a tea towel in the kitchen. We only stayed a night, couldn’t shower and had to find another hotel since we were visiting for a wedding. Couldn’t show up without a shower… ended up spending double and having a pretty stressful stay. Probably wouldn’t try again.

The apartment was nice and had everything we needed . It's central location was great for restaurants, pubs and shops .

We had to park about a 10 minutes walk away as there was no room out the front .

It was very cosy and good heating. Lots of choice with TV. It was quite and in a good location.

We found the bed was very hard. Shame one side of the bed was against the wall. Overall is was perfect for a one night stay.

Booked this place for my Birthday and didn't even get to stay here as the room wasn't very clean, there were stains on the sofa, Bedding didn't look the best and there was a strong smell of damp and as i suffer with asthma I could not stay here so therefore had to return back home! I contacted the owner of the property to explain the situation and told me I would be refunded straight away, but no refund was issued i then contacted the owner again and was told I had to wait 10 days for him to receive the payment from booking.com...its now been 24 days since last contact from him and still no reply....Very disappointed.

Uncleanliness of the property and strong smell of damp! Lack of communication from the Owner!

Very central position in Brecon, very clean , comfortable and everything I needed .
