There was no coffee facilities or bedside table light
NLVriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Er zit een gezellig restaurant bij met lekker eten voor een aangenaam prijsje. De kamer is ruim, met een extra lang bed en een warme douche. Lieve hond.
Het matras was wat dun en rook wat muf.

DEEs war rundum wundervoll. Ein ganz besonderer Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist super. Insbesondere aber ist die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft zu betonen. Die ganze Belegschaft hat sich in jeder Hinsicht mit immens viel Freundlichkeit und liebenswürdigkeit um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste gekümmert und steht einem in jeder Hinsicht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein Ansprechpartner ist gefühlt rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Vor Ort aber auch schon im Vorfeld. Ein tolles Team! Auch das Essen war extrem gut. Nicht nur das Frühstück sondern auch das sonstige Essen im Restaurant, weswegen ich dort an beiden Abenden meines Aufenthaltes Essen ging. Zu guter letzt ist noch das super Preis- leistungs- Verhältnis zu erwähnen.

IDFantastic expérience : great location , cozy atmosphere, great restaurant serving excellent Food for a very readonnable price Room may look a bit outdated but offer a super confortable bed with duvet and extra blanket, hot shower with top pressureand excellent wifi connection .. but over all what makes this place very unique is the spirit of his owner (who play some of the best reggae and Sri Lanka folk music in the evening by the restaurant fire place) as well as the kindness and dédication of the all team Beautiful people.. A place to remember and I highly recommand it
DEIch habe drei Nächte in King Fern Cottage übernachtet und hatte eine super Zeit. Das Personal ist super herzlich und ich habe mich dadurch sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab jeden Abend Live Musik. Mein Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Ich hatte Ei. Einzelzimmer mit Hängematte und fand es sehr passend für mich. Die Unterkunft liegt ca 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum, die Lage war super, es war grün drum herum und ruhig. Kann nur jedem empfehlen hier seinen Aufenthalt in Nuwara Eliya zu verbringen!
DEIncredibly friendly and heartwarming staff. I felt completely at ease at all times. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty and plentiful. In the evening you could enjoy live music by the fireplace. The complex is designed with great attention to detail. Great value for money and absolutely recommendable.
The bed was a bit worn but otherwise everything was great
